Why we collect personal information Crossroads Tours collects and uses your personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to our Tours and services, and to make a wider range available to you. In addition, we use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, website updates, special offers, and other information we think you’d like to hear about. From time to time, we may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in a market research survey, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop better tours.  Crossroads Tours safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure browser. Crossroads tours PayPal system uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases from Crossroads Tours, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT CROSSROADS TOURS requires that all funds be received 15 days prior to confirmed departure date.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash/certified check or money order/ or accepted credit cards (Visa / Master card / Discover / American Express). PERSONAL CHECKS / CERTIFIED CHECKS/ MONEY ORDERS If paying with a check, all funds must be collected prior to you receiving your final confirmation unless paying with certified funds.  In the event of Non Sufficient Funds (NSF), Crossroads Tours charges $25.00 for all returned checks due to NSF.  This charge is in addition to those that your bank may charge.  When paying by check, all checks should be made payable to: CROSSROADS TOURS. FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS THROUGH CROSSROADS TOURS CROSSROADS TOURS is not a loan company, we do not provide in-house financing except in the form of installment payments.  Crossroads Tours does except payment terms with no interest charges on unpaid balance.  In addition, the easy pay plan also falls under the terms in accordance with cancellation policies and registration deposit terms noted above.  If you wish to make payments on your purchase, Crossroads Tours has set-up an payment plan, but   you will not receive your travel vouchers until payment in full has been received. STATEMENTS CROSSROADS TOURS will provide recites 7-10 business days after receiving any payments.  You can either receive the statement via your e-mail or through the mail system.  If you have elected to use our easy payment terms, you will then receive a statement once per month. All monies received for payment of scheduled trips are deposited into a special account.  Thirty, days prior to departure, these collected funds are then transferred to accounts payable, where your trip is actually paid for, and your final confirmation is your actual tickets. RESPONSIBILITY CROSSROADS TOURS vouchers who are used by respective agents for passengers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations and sightseeing tours holds themselves free of responsibility for any damages occasioned from cause whatsoever.  Crossroads Tours will not be responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by late arrivals, departures, and changes in schedules or other conditions.  Itinerary and hotels are subject to change and availability, and when such occurs Crossroads Tours will make each passenger aware of any changes, and will only substitute these changes with equal changes. CONDITION OF USE Use of this website, and information distributed in conjunction with this website, including without limitation the Crossroads Tours is offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website.
